Real-time alerts are a core feature of the gritcargo Dashboard, enabling users to monitor shipments and respond quickly to issues.
Alerts can be customized to track conditions like temperature, humidity, light, shock, ETAs, risk zones, and route changes—helping prevent risks such as spoilage, theft, and delays.
To set up your alerts in the dashboard, do the following:
Step 1: Navigate to the Tolerance Profiles icon.
Step 2: Click on the + (plus) sign to create a new profile.
Or, search for an existing profile.
Or, select an existing profile from the list.
Step 3: Give your profile a name.
Step 4: This will bring up the relevant conditions you would like to track.
Select the relevant conditions you would like to track.
Step 5: Select your desired recording interval.
Step 6: Select your desired reporting interval. Important Note - the more frequent the reporting interval, the less battery life your iMSense will have.
Step 7: Click "Create New Profile"
You also have the option of amending existing profiles.
Under the Tolerance Profiles icon, click on the 3 dots on an existing profile.
Select "Edit Profile"
Make the required changes, and click "Update Profile"
