My iMSense RTL is not connected to my shipment
Have you performed the following steps to create your shipment?
Step 1: On the dashboard landing page, you will see a list of your existing shipments (if you have any), click the plus (+) sign highlighted

Step 2: Fill in all the required details. (*) are compulsory fields.
Step 3: Search or select your iMSense RTL serial number from the dropdown, then click save.

Your shipment will appear under your active shipments list.
If you have successfully followed these steps, and you are still unable to connect your iMSense RTL to your shipment, then please contact support@gritcargo.com
