How do I change my shipment status on the dashboard?
To update the status of your shipment within the dashboard, please follow these steps:
Step 1: From the dashboard landing page

Step 2: Select the shipments icon

Step 3: Find the shipment you would like to update

Step 4: Click on the three dots to reveal the dropdown box

Step 5: Select "Edit Shipment"

Step 6: Click on the arrow in the "Status" field

Step 7: Select the desired status from the list provided

Step 8: Click on "Edit Shipment"

Step 9: you will receive a message in the bottom left of your screen
