How do I create a Shipment?
Creating a shipment unlocks key features like ETA alerts, departure and arrival notifications, and delay warnings—boosting supply chain visibility and responsiveness. It also gives you access to GritCargo’s analytics tools, allowing for deeper insights into carrier and lane performance to support smarter, data-driven decisions.
The following steps will help you to create your shipment in the dashboard:
Option 1
Step 1: On the dashboard landing page, you will see a list of your existing shipments (if you have any), click the plus (+) sign highlighted

Step 2: Fill in all the required details. (*) are compulsory fields.

Step 3: Search or select your iMSense RTL serial number from the dropdown, then click save.

Your shipment will appear under your active shipments list.
Option 2:
Step 1: On the dashboard landing page, click on the "Shipments" icon

Step 2: Click the plus (+) sign highlighted

Step 3: Fill in all the required details. (*) are compulsory fields.

Step 4: Search or select your iMSense RTL serial number from the dropdown, then click save.

Your shipment will appear under your active shipments list.
